Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items are in their original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box, with no signs of wear (e.g., scuffs on soles, stains).
How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Package the item securely, include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund & Exchange Processing
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- Exchanges: If you request an exchange (e.g., for a different size), we will ship the new item once the returned item is approved. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, clearance items marked “Final Sale,” and items without original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
